Saint Helier, United Kingdom · ★ Michelin
Bohemia
This is a big list, 359 wines, built on a serious Champagne and Bordeaux core. Champagne is the deepest single category, with de Venoge running fourteen listings, and the red Bordeaux runs into the strong Left Bank communes, Pauillac and Saint Estephe, including Cos d'Estournel. Reds lead overall at 142 bottles, but France gets real support from the Loire and the Cote de Beaune, and there is a solid South Africa showing with Quinta de la Rosa among the producers. Pricing reads accessible at the bottom, with native bottle examples around 16 to 21 GBP, and the glass program is generous at 35 pours. It rewards a guest who wants Champagne or classed Bordeaux, while still having easy openers and a wide by the glass range to work the floor.
