Bourbon Steak
This is a big steakhouse list, roughly 500 selections built squarely around red wine, with California and Bordeaux Cabernet anchoring the heart of it and serious Burgundy depth on both sides, from Roumier and Hubert Lignier in reds to Leflaive and Roulot in whites. Sine Qua Non is the marquee producer with eighteen listings, so expect collectors to gravitate here, and the top end runs deep into the thousands, topping out near $8,500 on a Lignier Clos de la Roche. That said, it is not only a trophy list. Bottles start around $15 with a median near $349, and there is a strong large format section plus dedicated sommelier selections in both red and white for guiding the table. The glass program is modest at 25 pours and sparkling and Champagne are well covered, but rosé and dessert are afterthoughts, so this list rewards a red drinker, especially one chasing California cult bottles or top Burgundy.
