C2 Steak & Seafood
This is a steakhouse list built squarely around Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux blends, with red wine making up 145 of the 287 bottles and California at the center of it, anchored by names like Opus One, Shafer, and Hall. Depth runs to the powerhouse end: Penfolds and Gaja give it Australian and Italian heft, and there is a serious fortified section with twelve Ports, six of them Taylor Fladgate, plus a Schramsberg and Moet & Chandon presence on the sparkling side. Whites are real but secondary at 55 bottles, leaning Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, so guests after lighter or aromatic wines have fewer landing spots. Be aware there is no by the glass program at all, so every sale is a full bottle commitment, and prices were not captured here, so check the current list before quoting. This rewards the steak and Cabernet drinker and the collector chasing trophy California, more than the explorer.
