Claud
This is a Burgundy lover's list above all, built deep around the Cote de Nuits and Cote de Beaune, with a serious bench of grower names like Raveneau and Roulot in Chablis and white Burgundy, Roumier and Mugneret Gibourg in the reds, plus a real Chablis section and grower Champagne. Beyond Burgundy the strengths are Piedmont, Mosel Riesling, Jura, and a stack of northern Rhone from Jean Louis Chave. It runs deep and serious, 1,531 bottles topping out at Salon and DRC near five and six thousand dollars, but the floor starts at $17 and the median sits around $390, so there is real drinking under a hundred if you hunt for it. The by the glass program is essentially nonexistent at three pours, so this is a bottle house. Steer the geeky Burgundy and Champagne drinkers here and they will be thrilled; anyone wanting a quick glass needs guiding to a bottle.
