Coast
This is a big, serious cellar, over 2,000 wines built around classic France with real depth in Bordeaux, Burgundy, and Champagne, plus a strong showing from Napa and California. The reds carry the list at 818 bottles, and the top of the range is collector territory, with multiple Domaine de la Romanee Conti bottlings running into the tens of thousands and a Petrus at 7,500. That said, it is not only a trophy list. With bottles starting at 12 and a median around 188, there is plenty an everyday guest can drink, and the 30 wines by the glass give us room to pour across styles. Lean on names like Giuseppe Quintarelli, Domaine Dujac, Gaja, and Guigal when guests want something benchmark without committing to the four figure tier. This rewards the table that knows what it wants, whether that is a careful glass pour or a once in a lifetime Burgundy.
