Corso
This is a local first list, built around alpine Switzerland and northern Italy across its 282 selections, with red leading the way at 82 bottles and a serious base of Graubünden reds. The real depth is in the growers: Von Tscharner Schloss Reichenau and Domaine Donatsch anchor a deep Graubünden section, with Kellerei Terlan and other Südtirol houses carrying the Italian side in both white and red. Sparkling runs 39 deep, mostly homegrown bubbles plus a tight Champagne run including Laurent Perrier, and prices look approachable in francs with plenty of bottles in the 18 to 46 CHF range we captured. The 19 wines by the glass give you room to work the floor without opening the cellar. Reach for this when a guest wants to drink Swiss and regional, especially Bündner Pinot and Terlan whites, rather than chase big international names.
