Costa
This is a serious Italophile bottle list, 587 selections and zero by the glass, so everything you sell here is a full pour and a real commitment from the table. The center of gravity is Italian red, with deep runs through Tuscany and Montalcino, Piedmont, and Veneto, plus the natural leaning producers that define that crowd, Paolo Bea, Giuseppe Quintarelli, Emidio Pepe, and Dal Forno Romano. France backs it up with strength in red Burgundy and Champagne, and the trophy shelf goes all the way to Romanee Conti La Tache at 4,900 and Krug Clos du Mesnil. With a floor at 45 and a median around 158, there are honest mid range bottles to steer a casual guest toward, but the depth and the bigger names reward a collector who knows Italy and wants to dig. Whites are present but secondary, so lead with the reds.
