Del Cambio
This is a Piedmont monument, almost 2,900 bottles built around Barolo and Barbaresco, with Serralunga d'Alba and Monforte d'Alba showing the kind of village depth most lists never touch. Red dominates at nearly 700 selections, and the producer roster is serious: Giacomo Conterno, Gaja, Luciano Sandrone, Bruno Giacosa, Cappellano, and Aldo Conterno all run deep, so this is a place to sell Nebbiolo with confidence. Tuscany backs it up at almost 200 wines, and there is real reach beyond Italy into Bordeaux and Burgundy, plus solid sparkling and a respectable dessert and fortified section. Pricing is bottle only and not cheap, with examples around 80 to 160 euros, so plan for guests who want to spend on a benchmark Barolo. Note there is no wine by the glass, so every pour is a full bottle commitment, and this list rewards the collector and the Piedmont devotee far more than the casual table.
