Duomo
This is a serious Italian collection, 1,220 bottles deep, built on Piedmont and Tuscany for the reds and anchored hard in Sicily, with Etna alone running 70 listings. Expect verticals and back vintages from the benchmark names: Bartolo Mascarello and Vigneti Massa out of Piedmont, Pietradolce and I Vigneri on Etna, Tasca's Tenuta Regaleali and Marco De Bartoli flying the Sicilian flag, plus Gaja, Antinori and Frescobaldi for the marquee Italian shelf. Champagne is the one big French move at 83 listings, so for sparkling that is where you point people. Whites and rosé are thin by comparison, and reds plus the 86 dessert and fortified bottles are clearly the strength, so this rewards a guest who wants age, place and producer pedigree. Note there is no glass program at all, every sale is a full bottle, and prices run from around 90 EUR up to 1,400 EUR, so read the table before you steer.
