Empòrium
This is an Empordà list at its core, built around the local D.O. for both reds and whites, with Celler Cooperatiu d'Espolla and Vinyes dels Aspres anchoring the regional bottlings, plus solid support from Rioja and Priorat on the red side. Where it really runs deep is fortified and sweet wine: nearly ninety entries spanning the local Garnatxa d'Empordà Ambre and a serious Sherry section, with González Byass, Emilio Lustau, and Barbadillo covering Fino, Manzanilla, and beyond. Whites outnumber reds better than two to one, and there is plenty of sparkling to open service. With 573 wines and 126 of them by the glass, you have real room to pour and to find low entry points, with bottles starting around 6 EUR. This list rewards anyone working a guest toward Sherry or a regional Empordà bottle they cannot get at home.
