Encanto
This is a Portuguese list at heart, 110 bottles weighted toward reds and a deep bench of dessert and fortified wines, with a strong glass program of 33 pours that lets you work whites, reds, and sparkling without committing to a full bottle. It leans on serious native producers like Quinta da Pellada and Niepoort in the Tinto section, plus a smaller "Outsiders" run for wines from outside the usual Portuguese frame. Bottles start low, with examples around 14 to 20 EUR, so it stays accessible even at a Michelin starred table. Whites and sparkling are present but secondary, and rosé is thin at four wines. It rewards a guest who wants to drink Portuguese, especially someone curious about the country's reds and its fortified tradition.
