Granica
This is a deeply French list, 240 bottles built around the Loire above all, with whites doing the heavy lifting at 93 selections against just 40 reds. Sancerre and Touraine growers anchor the heart of it, Domaine Vincent Pinard for Loire whites and a strong cast of small estates like Domaine de Veilloux and Domaine Hervé Villemade. Burgundy backs it up, mostly the Côte de Beaune and the Côte Chalonnaise, with Domaine des Croix and Domaine Lumpp showing real depth, and there is genuine grower Champagne here in Jacquesson. Pricing reads as accessible for a Michelin room, with plenty of bottles in the mid forties euro range, though there is no glass program at all, so every recommendation has to be a full bottle. It rewards a guest who loves Loire whites and Chenin, and anyone steering a table away from the obvious will find the bench strength they need.
