Il Sereno Al Lago
This is a big Italian anchored list, over a thousand wines, built on red Italy and serious Champagne. Reds run nearly five hundred bottles deep, with real vertical strength in Tuscany names like Tenuta San Guido and Biondi Santi, plus Gaja out of Piedmont, so expect Super Tuscans and Sangiovese in quantity alongside Barolo and Barbaresco. The sparkling section is genuinely deep at two hundred plus, mostly Champagne broken out by Côte de Blancs, Montagne de Reims, and Vallée de la Marne, with Louis Roederer and homegrown Ferrari both well stocked. Whites are the thinner category, though Cantina di Terlano from the Alto Adige gives you a solid Alpine spine, and the twenty two glass pours are a manageable cross section rather than a deep program. We did not capture pricing here, so confirm bottle ranges before you quote a guest, but this list rewards anyone steering toward aged Italian reds or grower and grande marque Champagne.
