Reds and whites are roughly balanced at 98 and 79, and the range runs from a $17 entry point to Domaine de la Romanee Conti and Chateau Haut Brion above $3,000, with a median near $175, so there is real depth for trading up while still keeping the floor accessible. The by the glass program is modest at 12 pours, so expect to sell bottles. It leans toward guests who know Burgundy and want serious white wine, but with Riesling, Gruner Veltliner, Nebbiolo, and Gamay in the mix there is range for the curious drinker too.
