La Pineta
This is a vast list, nearly 1,900 bottles, and it is built around Tuscan reds, above all the Bolgheri houses on its own doorstep. Le Macchiole, Ornellaia, and San Guido (Sassicaia) all run deep here, with Marchesi Antinori and Gaja backing them up, so the heart of the list is Super Tuscan and coastal Tuscan red. Beyond Italy the strengths are Champagne and Burgundy in both colors, with 109 Champagnes and solid white and red Bourgogne. Whites, rosé, and dessert wines are present but secondary, though the Passito section runs to 63 bottles. The glass program is modest at 26 pours against the size of the list, and the native price examples in the low teens to mid twenties of euros suggest there is real value to be found, so this rewards a guest who wants serious Bolgheri or a strong Champagne without assuming every bottle is a splurge.
