Locanda Don Serafino
This is a huge list, just under 1,700 bottles, and it is built around Sicily, with serious depth on Etna for both reds and whites and a strong Tuscan and Piedmont presence behind it. The home turf shows in the producer counts: Planeta, Tasca D'Almerita, Benanti, Pietradolce, and Franchetti all run deep, so you can go vertical on Etna or pull mainland benchmarks like Antinori and Tenuta San Guido. Champagne is the big import strength with 112 listings and houses like Louis Roederer, and there is solid white Burgundy from Bourgogne plus an Alto Adige anchor in Terlan. Be aware there is no by the glass program, so every guest is committing to a bottle, and the native prices we have sit high, in the 500 to 650 euro range. This list rewards a guest who knows Sicily or wants to learn it, and it asks you to steer pours and pacing since there is no glass safety net.
