Mélisse Restaurant
This is a big, serious cellar of nearly a thousand selections built around French classics, with Bordeaux and Burgundy leading the way and Red the deepest category by far at over 500 wines. The Burgundy depth is real on both slopes, Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits, and the producer roster signals a list with a point of view, from Domaine Huet and Philippe Foreau in Vouvray to Domaine Jean Louis Chave in the Rhône and a strong California showing led by Whitcraft and Senses. Sparkling, rosé, and dessert wines round it out, but the gravity is clearly old world reds and white Burgundy. One thing to flag for the floor: there is no by the glass program, so everything here is bottle service. This list rewards a guest who knows what they want and is ready to commit to a bottle, and it gives you plenty of room to trade up a serious Burgundy or Bordeaux drinker.
