This is a short, all white list, twenty bottles deep, built around German riesling with Dönnhoff and Forstmeister Geltz Zilliken each showing three labels and Maximin Grünhaus close behind, so Nahe, Mosel, and Rheinhessen are the spine. There is a small Burgundy presence to round it out, led by Domaine des Comtes Lafon, but make no mistake, this is a riesling and German white program first. Pricing runs accessible, with bottles starting in the low twenties of euros, which makes it an easy sell. There is no glass program, so everything goes out by the bottle. It rewards a guest who wants serious, terroir driven German white wine and trusts you to steer them.
