This is a white Burgundy house at heart, built on a deep Leflaive spine with twenty listings, backed by Meursault and Puligny names like Roulot, Pierre Yves Colin Morey, and Ardhuy, so when a guest wants top Chardonnay we have real range and serious top end, up to Grand Cru bottlings near four thousand dollars. The reds lean California, with Napa and Santa Barbara producers like Arnot Roberts and Matthiasson well represented, plus classic Burgundy from Marquis d'Angerville and a strong sweet section anchored by d'Yquem and Huet. Sparkling is almost all Champagne, and dessert and fortified runs deep at twenty five selections, so we can close a meal properly. With 474 bottles and a median around 235 dollars, the floor starts at 20 dollars, which means there is room to drink well without going long. The 28 glass pours give us flexibility, but this list rewards the guest chasing white Burgundy or a benchmark Napa red.
