Nomicos
This is a Burgundy house first and foremost, with the Côte de Beaune whites and the Côte de Nuits and grand cru reds forming the spine of a deep 982 bottle list, anchored by serious vertical depth in Joseph Drouhin, who shows up fifty times, and Armand Rousseau. Bordeaux backs it up through the Médoc, Graves, and the Libournais, and there is real sweet wine strength too, with eleven listings of Château d'Yquem alongside thirty four dessert and fortified options. Reds outnumber whites here, sparkling and Champagne are present but not the focus, and rosé is essentially a single token bottle, so steer rosé drinkers elsewhere. Pricing sits at a fine dining Paris level, with bottles landing around 195 to 210 euros in the examples we have, and a glass program of thirty two pours gives you room to work a table that does not want to commit to bottles. This list rewards the guest who knows white and red Burgundy and wants to drink it with age and pedigree.
