Robuchon au Dome is built first and foremost around Bordeaux and Burgundy, and it goes encyclopedically deep: nearly 2,900 Bordeaux and over 2,300 red Burgundies, with first growths stacked in real vertical depth, think 91 listings of Lafite, 75 of Margaux, 72 of Latour.
