Rosin
This is a big German list, 564 bottles, built around Riesling, which is far and away the deepest section with names like Hermann Dönnhoff and Dr. von Bassermann Jordan anchoring it. Reds run nearly even with whites and lean on classic Bordeaux, and there's real strength in white and red Burgundy from German growers like Bernhard Huber, plus a solid run of dessert and fortified wines and a stash of large formats. Pricing starts accessible, with plenty of bottles in the high 30s and 40s in euros, so you can take care of a guest without forcing them up the list. Note that there is no by the glass program at all, so every sale is a full bottle. It rewards a guest who knows German Riesling or wants a serious Bordeaux, and it asks you to commit to the bottle.
