This is a white wine list at heart, with 65 of its 126 bottles white and the spine of the whole thing built around Central and Eastern Europe rather than France. Austria carries it, with Weninger out of Burgenland the most listed name and strong showings from the Weinviertel and Neusiedlersee, and you also get real depth from Slovenia's Primorska, Edi Simcic and Guerila among them, plus a run of Czech bottles from Moravia that you rarely see elsewhere. Sparkling runs deep at 13, but reds are thin at 15 and rosé, orange, and dessert are token, so steer guests who want power and structure carefully. Pricing reads accessible with native examples down around 12 EUR and many bottles in the 70s, and note that the by the glass program is effectively nonexistent at one pour, so plan to sell by the bottle. This list rewards a guest who is curious about Austria and the lesser known corners east of it.
