Tancredi
This is a Champagne house at heart, built around 800 bottles where sparkling outnumbers everything else, with deep benches in Montagne de Reims, the Côte des Blancs, and the prestige cuvées, and names like Louis Roederer and Bruno Paillard carrying the section. Whites run far ahead of reds, so expect strong Italian benches from Terlano and Jermann alongside the Champagne, with reds anchored by Tuscany, Bordeaux, and a heavy Gaja presence. Pricing sits in the roughly 70 to 130 EUR range on the examples we captured, which is fair for a Michelin star but firmly bottle territory. There is no glass program at all, so every sale is a full bottle and you will be steering tables accordingly. This list rewards a guest who came for grower and prestige Champagne or serious Italian white, less so the casual drinker looking to taste around.
