This is a Turkish wine list, built almost entirely around domestic producers, with 68 bottles weighted heavily toward reds, which make up half the list. Urla is the anchor with nine listings, backed by depth from USCA, Arcadia, Kayra, and Paşaeli, and there is a small but real natural wine section across both reds and whites. Sparkling runs nine deep, including a handful of Champagnes, and dessert and fortified wines round things out with five. Be aware the glass program is essentially nonexistent, just one wine by the glass, so this is a list you sell by the bottle. Pricing sits in the 4,500 to 5,800 lira range on the examples we have, so it rewards a guest who wants to drink Turkish seriously rather than someone grazing a few pours.
