Half of Almresi Vail's 38 selections pour by the glass, a program built for grazing rather than deep cellar diving. Reds and whites split evenly at a dozen each, with eight Champagne and sparkling picks led by four pours of Laurent Perrier Brut. Dessert and fortified wines fill out the final four slots.
