Of 210 bottles, 134 are red, and the deepest pours run through Napa and the Central Coast, with Orin Swift, Daou, Caymus, and Hall all carrying multiple listings, plus a real Texas presence through William Chris. There is no wine by the glass here, so everything is a bottle commitment, but the range is wide. The median sits around 105 dollars with plenty of options from 35, while the top of the list climbs hard into trophy Cabernet like Hundred Acre Kayli Morgan, Schrader Old Sparky, and Dominus past 2,500. Whites, sparkling, and rose are present but thin, so this list rewards a table that wants a serious Napa or full intensity red and is ready to buy the whole bottle.
