Baleia's list is built around 49 selections grouped as other, likely fortified, vermouth or aromatized styles, well ahead of its ten reds and seven whites, a genuinely unusual house style for a 73 bottle program. Vintages reach back to 1990 and prices start at $56, running up to $900. Three dessert and fortified wines round out a compact but distinctive offering with no CruRank award yet attached.
