Bandol sur mer

This is a 140 bottle list built on French and German growers, with Champagne the single deepest category and serious German Riesling running through the Mosel, Baden, Pfalz, and Rheinhessen. The strengths are clear in the producers: Niepoort shows up seven times, Clemens Busch five, and you also get growers like Domaine de l'Horizon, Immich Batterieberg, and Zind Humbrecht, so it leans toward natural minded and terroir driven names rather than big brands. Whites dominate at 51 of 140, with sparkling close behind at 21, while reds are a smaller 25 and rosé is almost an afterthought at three. The 13 wines by the glass give you a working spread for the floor, and native bottle prices start low, in the 14 to 20 EUR range. It rewards a guest who likes German Riesling and lower intervention French wine, and it is easy to pour around for anyone wanting white or bubbles.
