Bayberry
Twenty one of Bayberry's forty selections pour by the glass, an unusually generous glass program for a list this size. Reds and whites split closely, 17 and 16 respectively, with four rosés and three Champagne bottlings besides. Vintages run 2018 to 2024 and bottles top out at $80, with a median near $21. A compact, approachable list built around drink now wines rather than a deep cellar.
