Caruso's list in Santa Barbara is built around dessert and fortified wines, 18 of its 44 total selections, ahead of ten whites, eight reds and six Champagne and sparkling bottles. Six wines pour by the glass. Vintages span an unusually wide range, 1908 to 2024, and the top bottle reaches near $275. No individual producer dominates the list, but the dessert and fortified concentration and vintage breadth make this a distinctive, if compact, pour.
