Charlie's

This is a Napa Valley list built on home turf, with California the single biggest category and Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet leading the reds, so expect strong local depth alongside a serious Champagne bench from Billecart Salmon, Krug, Ruinart, and Dom Perignon. The range is wide and genuinely usable, running from $15 bottles up to Domaine de la Romanee Conti at the very top, with a median around $170, so you can sell honest value or trade someone all the way up. Sparkling is a real strength here at 42 wines, and the white selection at 110 outnumbers most lists this size. The 17 by the glass pours are modest relative to 340 bottles, so steer guests who want flexibility toward the half bottles in the 375ml section. This one rewards the Burgundy and bubbles drinker, and anyone who wants to drink California close to where it was grown.
