Chicane's 128 bottle list stands out for its vintage range, reaching back to 1911 and forward to 2027, an unusually wide window for a Plymouth restaurant. Reds lead at 69, with 32 whites, 16 Champagne and sparkling bottles, and six dessert and fortified pours, bottle only with no glass program. Prices run $28 to $600. Chicane carries a CruRank Wine List Award for that historic depth alongside current releases.
