Cobalt runs a big, red leaning list of 424 wines, and the center of gravity is California, with Cabernet Sauvignon the single deepest category at 46 selections and California Pinot Noir right behind it. Expect plenty of recognizable Napa and Sonoma names like Chateau Montelena, Chappellet, Shafer, and Orin Swift, plus a serious Italian backbone built around Vietti and G.D. Vajra in Piedmont and a solid block of Tuscany. Burgundy, Bordeaux, and 14 Champagnes round it out, but France plays a supporting role here, not the lead.
