Contramar
This is a modest 119 bottle list with pricing in Mexican pesos running from 210 to 9,900 and a median of 1,900, so most of what is poured here sits well above entry level. Casa Madero Gran Reserva, a Mexican producer, is the only name that recurs enough to call a strength. White narrowly leads red, 47 to 41, with a small 10 bottle Champagne and sparkling section and 13 other selections. The 13 glass pours are a fair slice of a list this size, giving guests a workable entry point before the bottle prices climb.
