Cork and Bull Chophouse pours from an eighteen selection glass program on top of 424 bottles, red leading ahead of white with smaller lots of Champagne and sparkling and other styles. Opus One appears most often, joined by Jarvis, Chateau Beycheville, Shibumi Knoll and Duckhorn. Vintages stretch from 1979 to 2025 and prices run from single digits up to $2,000. The list carries a CruRank Wine List Award.
