Cork & Cow leans heavily red, with 86 of its 129 bottles given to red wine against 29 white and a small Champagne and sparkling section (9). Vintages run 2010 to 2025, keeping the list fairly current, and prices range from about $55 to $400. There is no by the glass program. The steakhouse minded, red forward focus is enough for a CruRank designation.
