Del Mar

This is a Spain forward list at heart, built around 253 bottles that lean hard into the Iberian peninsula, with real depth in Rioja, Cataluña, and the white regions of Galicia and Castilla y León. The producer roster tells the story: Envínate leads with six listings, and you have benchmark Rioja from R. López de Heredia alongside Raventós i Blanc cava and Emilio Moro from Ribera. Reds dominate at 119 bottles, but the whites, sparkling, and a solid rosé section give you range, and pricing is friendly, running from $12 up to a $597 Dominus with a median around $125, so there is plenty to sell without scaring anyone. The 20 by the glass pours are a workable program for the floor. Reach for this list when a guest wants Spanish character or aged Rioja, and know that the high end runs through Napa and a Corton Charlemagne from Louis Latour when someone trades up.
