This is a big bottle list, 522 wines, built first around Austria and then Burgundy, with no wines by the glass, so plan to sell whole bottles all night. The backbone is local: Wachau, Styria, Neusiedlersee, and Leithaberg run deep, and you will see a lot of Georg Prieler, Fritz Wieninger, Nikolaihof, and Kracher for the sweet wines. Burgundy is the largest single region at 76 listings, and France fills in further with strong Champagne and Bordeaux sections. Whites dominate at 207 against 70 reds, with 56 sparklers, so this list leans crisp and aromatic over big reds. Pricing runs serious, with bottles landing around 400 to 470 EUR in the examples we have, so it rewards a guest who knows Austrian producers and is ready to commit to a full bottle.
