The depth shows in the producers: lots of Bruno Clair and Comtes Lafon and Roulot on the Burgundy side, Corison and the house's own Stone Edge Farm and Colgin from California, and Lafleur out of Bordeaux. Prices run the full range, from $20 up to a $16,750 Liger Belair, but the median sits around $300, so there is real money on these pages even if a few accessible bottles exist. The 30 glass pours give you something to work with, but the heart of this list is bottle service for guests who know Burgundy and Champagne and want verticals and grower depth. It rewards the table that wants to trade up.
