This is a serious, France leaning list of 512 bottles built on white Burgundy, with real depth in Meursault and Chablis alongside growers like Hubert Lamy, Paul Pillot, and Pierre Yves Colin Morey, plus a strong Loire Valley white section. Reds lean Bordeaux and Piedmont, with Margaux and Pauillac carrying the classified weight, and there is collector territory up top, including Château Margaux at $30,000 and Pétrus. That said, the floor starts at $16 with a median around $225, so you can guide a guest to something honest without pushing them deep. The 30 glass pours give you room to work, and dessert and fortified is a quiet strength thanks to Domaine de Rancy. This rewards the Burgundy drinker most, but anyone chasing Chave Rhône or a mature Bordeaux will find it here too.
