Frasca Food & Wine

This is a serious, Italian leaning list of roughly 914 bottles built around Nebbiolo from Barolo and Sangiovese from Montalcino, with real depth in Friuli to match the kitchen, where Miani and Borgo del Tiglio carry the white side. The reds run deep at 532 selections, but the white program is where the firepower sits, especially white Burgundy from Roulot, Coche Dury, and Arnaud Ente alongside Chablis and Meursault. Prices span an enormous range, from a $12 pour to a $17,520 Romanee Conti, with a median around $255, so there is plenty above that line for collectors and a handful of honest entry points below it. The 17 wines by the glass are a small but workable window into the house style. This list rewards a guest who knows Italy and Burgundy and wants to dig, more than one looking to browse casually.
