Gillis
A big, serious list of 943 bottles built heavily around Italy, led by Tenuta San Guido's Sassicaia in real depth, Bartolo Mascarello Barolo, Montevertine's Le Pergole Torte, Fontodi's Flaccianello della Pieve, and Podere il Carnasciale's Il Caberlot, plus a Burgundy presence via Thibault Liger Belair's Nuits Saint Georges premier cru. Red dominates at 524 bottles, with 106 Champagne and sparkling bottlings for range. Pricing runs 39.50 up to 6,460 euros with a median of 193, so there is real money at the top but plenty of room below it. There is no by the glass program, so this is a bottle destination for serious Italian wine drinkers.
