INEO

This is a big, serious bottle list, just under 700 selections and built first around bubbles, with 146 sparkling wines and Champagne the single deepest category at 90 listings, anchored by grower wine like Jacques Selosse alongside Italian houses such as Ca' del Bosco and Bellavista out of Franciacorta. The Italian heart is strong and classic, Toscana, Piemonte, and Sicilia leading the way, with serious verticals from Gaja, Roagna, and Tenuta San Guido, plus Tramin and Frank Cornelissen showing the range from Alto Adige to Etna. Reds and whites are roughly balanced at 149 and 60, and Burgundy gives the only meaningful French weight outside Champagne. Be clear with guests that there is no wine by the glass here, so everything is a bottle commitment, and pricing runs high into four figures, with examples at 2000 and 3700 euro. This is a list for a confident table that wants prestige producers and a real cellar, not for the casual one glass guest.
