Kalkos keeps a small, red leaning list of 56 selections, with Chateau Mouton Rothschild appearing six times as the clear anchor. Champagne and sparkling adds a real secondary category while white is nearly absent. Vintages reach back to 1943 and stop at 2005, giving the room an unusually old average age for its size. Six wines pour by the glass, and prices span from around JPY 1K into six figures, topping out near JPY 850K.
