La Parma II Italian Restaurant

This is an Italian house list built on red wine, 135 of the 242 bottles, with Tuscany and Piedmont doing the heavy lifting. The depth shows in Brunello from Montalcino, where Altesino and Valdicava anchor 22 listings, plus a strong Barolo run from Vietti and a real Super Tuscan section that climbs to Ornellaia's Masseto and Sassicaia near twelve hundred dollars. California is the main detour, with Beringer, Rodney Strong, and Groth Cabernet filling out the high end. Most of the list sits accessible, with a median around 72 dollars and entry bottles starting at 9, so you can steer a table almost anywhere. The glass program is genuinely deep at 38 pours, which gives you room to work whites and reds by the glass without pushing a bottle, and the list rewards anyone who knows Italian reds.
