Le Art - Château de la Gaude

Le Art at Château de la Gaude in Aix en Provence runs a deep Burgundy focused cellar, with Burgundy comfortably the largest region at 174 listings and white wine the backbone of the book overall. Expect serious grower depth here. Domaine de Montille, Domaine Faiveley, and Pierre Vincent Girardin all show in numbers, and there is real Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru representation alongside Rhone weight from M. Chapoutier. It is not only Burgundy though. Bordeaux, Champagne, and a strong Provence and Languedoc thread run through it, including Domaine de la Grange des Pères and Domaine d'Aupilhac, so you can pull local character when a guest wants it. Bottles are priced for a Michelin room, with examples landing around 155 to 175 EUR, and the 23 glass pours give you enough range to guide a table that does not want to commit to a full bottle.
