Little's Oyster Bar

This is a 491 bottle list whose center of gravity sits in two places: a massive dessert and fortified section of 321 wines, with Kopke anchoring the Port end, and a serious imported white program led by white Burgundy, Spain, and German Riesling. The depth in Austria is real, so expect to talk through Veyder Malberg, Emmerich Knoll, and Peter Lauer when guests want something cerebral and dry. Most of the room can drink here comfortably, with bottles starting at $36 and a median around $145, though the top end runs all the way to a Coche Dury Corton Charlemagne at $9,995 for the trophy table. Reds are thin at only 32 bottles and the by the glass program is just five pours, so this is a list that rewards bottle drinkers who love sparkling, white, and sweet wine more than anyone hunting a glass of red. Lean on Champagne too, since blanc de blancs and traditional blends both run deep, including Salon at the high end.
