Mario's Italian Restaurant in Detroit pours no wine by the glass but stocks 140 bottles reaching back to 1962, one of the older vintage floors in the state, up through 2022. Reds dominate at 106, with 18 whites, 10 Champagne and sparkling bottles, and four other style wines. Prices run $25 to $750.
