Reds make up more than half of Mediterraneo Restaurant's 355 selections, topped by six pours of Tenuta San Guido Sassicaia and four of Château La Mission Haut Brion. Marqués de Murrieta's Castillo Ygay, Concha y Toro's Marqués Casa Concha, Duckhorn Vineyards, and Château Cos d'Estournel each appear three times. Vintages span 1998 to 2022, twelve wines pour by the glass, and prices reach into five figures at the top. The list carries a CruRank Wine List Award.
